Noel Fitzpatrick Ltd were appointed by Newport City Council to design and build a new modular building changing and welfare facility at Black-ash Park, Newport. We provided a full turnkey service that included everything from assisting with the design of the bespoke units to drainage and utility connections, security fencing, furnishings, fittings and more.
